The baby Lotus goes Superleggera, ditching the things that have been added to it over the years - air-con, central locking, carpets, radio, noise insulation – in order to shed 24kg and get back to basics. Even the seats have been stripped back to strategically padded plastic shells although the electric windows remain since they’re actually lighter than a manual mechanism.
